A unique and supportive approach to HR Coaching is offered in two packages. Both packages are designed to make a lasting IMPACT on the HR Professional and the Organization they are developing and transforming on a daily basis.
Both packages include 3 assessments, support in specific goal development and progress / achievement of goals and can be utilized for new developing HR professionals and well established HR Pros alike.
A free initial session is just the beginning. Once we establish that coaching is right for the HR Pro we then engage with 2, 50 minute coaching contacts per month. The 6 month package provides 12 contacts in total while the 12 month package provides 24 coaching engagement contact points. Self-selected IMPACT goals are developed and coached as a focus in the engagement.
These packages may be combined with the HR “as needed” package below and customized coaching approaches may be designed considering your unique requirements!

Many times small business owners and HR professionals would benefit from a perspective from outside of the organization. Free from bias and attachment of every-day operations, a simple “as needed” offering includes strategic thinking partner and coaching resource to call upon when needed to seek creative solutions and ideas for any HR related topic, talk through and plan next steps for critical conversations and coach to clarity in decision making.
Number of contacts per month can be custom tailored according to anticipated needs, up to a “no limit” package.
All contacts are responded to within 24 hours by phone, text or email according to the client’s preferences.
